Floral Preservation

Professionally preserve your fresh wedding bouquet is a way to keep all the great day’s memories for years to come. Thinking about all the planning process of choosing your bouquet, picking colors and styles to all the work your florist does, and eventually into your hands. That’s why you want to keep them.

We can preserve your bouquet with both a 2D pressing and 3D preserving component combined, we are excited to be offering a new piece of art for you to hang in your home for years to come. As of 6/2025 we do not offer a fully pressed 2D frame as we navigate the world of supply and costs.

During your preserving process it is important to note there is COLOR CHANGE. Some flowers do not retain their color well when they are pressed or preserved. The darken, lighten and or just become a whole new color. But, others retain color perfectly. The most important thing to remember is that they will not look the same once preserved. Some flowers are better to preserve than others. We can help you with choosing the best by also having our floral team create the perfect bouquets for you! Color Change

Sunflowers do not retain their color well when they are present or preserved. The darken lighten or just become a whole new color. But, others retain color perfectly. The most important thing to remember is that they will not look the same once preserved. Flowers are better to preserve than others if you want a list of these once a date is reserved. We can forward this to you.

Preservation Tips

Your wedding day flowers often endure a long day. Proper care and handling after your event is very important to keep them looking their best! Flowers should be stored in fresh clean, cold water in a cool, dry area away from direct sun. A nice fresh cut at the base would help them retain the most water. Do not add sugar, copper or any other old wise tale to the water. Just keep it plain water.

Preserving Flowers with Us

We will require your bouquet to be in our hands within 5 days from your wedding. The sooner we receive it the better your florals will come out in our process. From start to finish we have a 5-7 month turn around time. Some florals require more processing than others. As many florals are deconstructed (taken a part) a replacing of your arrangement is an art and our designer takes the time it needs to properly process your florals. All of our designs are mounted inside of glass framed shadow boxes. It is important to note you can not bring in your own frame you must use one of ours that is supplied. As all our processes and testing has been done on our own products it create less risk. We also do not deliver dried florals only all must go back mounted.

Shipping / Drop Off

We accept drop offs at our studio and overnight shipments. We will provide you with shipping instructions if needed. If you drop off in a vase please make sure it is one you do not want back. All vases will be donated to a local rehab center or hospice with fresh flowers included.

Payment and designs

We require full payment upfront. Once we receive your florals we will unpack them and inspect them for quality and quantity. Deconstruction of your bouquet will take place, poor florals will be tossed and the best kept.

Once the flowers are fully dried we will send you a sneak peak of the flowers. Designs are mounted with the best designer choice style based on your chosen frame size. We will choose the best layout for the flowers in your bouquet and match that to what we believe is the best design for each preserve. Unused or broken pieces of florals will be discarded.

Due to high demand, our floral preservation bookings are currently at capacity and we are not accepting new orders at this time. Please check back at a later date.

Facts & Questions
How do I reserve my wedding date?

Simply book your bouquet order here and your date will be reserved upon deposit. We would like your bouquet within five days of your wedding.

When should I book my bouquet preservation?

We say before your wedding day. We require your bouquet within one week of your wedding date the earlier, the better for best results.

How long will it take for me to get my preserved order?

We are a full event wedding company turn around time during our season is very difficult. We say we have a 6 to 8 months turnaround time. But, most deliveries are only done during the month of November through May.

How do I ship my bouquet to you?

We will provide you with care instructions once you book with us.

Can I choose multiple frames and or pieces when I order?

Yes, as long as you have enough florals to cover your order.

Well, the color of my florals be the same as they are in my bouquet?

Floral fade over time and discolor as they dry we do our very best to keep them fresh cool and hydrated before preservation. We do have an option of natural florals or color corrected florals. Note some florals don’t dry well and therefore will not be used. Mom’s fall into this category and whites are hard to color correct. Let your florist know you want to preserve your bouquet prior to them designing it.

Can we include the boutonniere in the frame with my bouquet?

Yes, we can just make sure it gets delivered with the bouquet.
